Horacio Hernandez, contemporary Latin jazz wizard, designed and determined the pitch of the Pearl Hernandez Marybell Cowbell. Known to his many fans as "el Negro" Hernandez intended this bell for drum kit and percussion players. The Marybell is flat on one side and curved on the other so you can strike the cowbell end-on or on the side like a timbale player. The Pearl bell's 2-position bracket keeps the wing nut out of your way allowing placement in virtually any position. The Horacio Hernandez Marybell cowbell's beautiful copper-plate looks unique as its tone sounds.
